Understanding Rapid Transformational Therapy

How RTT / Hypnosis Works
RTT helps you regress to the root, recognize limiting beliefs, reframe them with new meaning, and rewire the mind through daily reinforcement. In a deeply relaxed state, you are guided to uncover the key memories and interpretations that formed your limiting beliefs, typically established during early, impressionable years. Through regression and therapeutic dialogue, the outdated meaning is reframed in a way that supports healing and growth. This shift is then encoded through a personalized audio recording, crafted to align with your desired outcomes and listened to daily for 21 days. This repetition activates neuroplastic change, helping the brain integrate new, empowering beliefs that support sustainable progress.

What to Expect

Session 1 – Intake & Goal Mapping

In the initial session, we clarify your presenting concerns and identify the deeper patterns or emotional blocks you’d like to shift. Designed to establish clear goals for change, understand your personal history, current experience, and readiness for transformation. This lays the groundwork for session two. This session can be conducted online or in person.

Session 2 – RTT Transformation Session

This is the core RTT session. In a safe, relaxed, and focused state, you’ll be guided through regression to uncover the subconscious origins of your current challenge. Limiting beliefs are reframed using language and imagery tailored to your specific goals. The session concludes with the delivery of a customized transformation that reinforces your new, empowering belief system. This session is conducted in person and may last up to 90 minutes.

Session 3 – Integration & Support

Following the RTT session, you’ll receive your personalized recording created by your practitioner and designed to be listened to daily for a minimum of 21 days. This repetition supports the brain’s natural neuroplasticity process. This third, billed session occurs without your participation.

Session 4 – Evaluation & Next Steps- 21 days later

Reviews shifts in thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviour. We discuss how to continue supporting your transformation, either through additional RTT work or integrative therapy. This session can be held online or in person.

Rapid Transformational Therapy FAQ

How Hypnosis Works on the Brain

Hypnosis gently guides the brain into a relaxed, focused state where deep change can happen. In everyday life, our brain is in a fast-thinking “Beta” state—alert, busy, and often stressed. During hypnosis, the brain slows down into Alpha (a calm, creative state) and Theta (a dream-like state just before sleep). In these slower brainwave states, the conscious mind quiets, and we can access the subconscious mind, where beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns live. In this relaxed state, you can explore the root cause of a challenge and begin to rewire the beliefs behind it. Listening to your personalized recording after the session helps strengthen these new beliefs and supports lasting transformation.

Will I be asleep during the session?
No. You’ll be in a deeply relaxed but alert state, similar to guided meditation. You remain aware, in control, and able to speak throughout the session.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Everyone can be guided into hypnosis if they’re willing. It’s simply a natural, focused state of awareness, not mind control. Most clients find it easy and even enjoyable.

Will I relive painful experiences?
RTT uses regression to review—not relive—past events. The purpose is to gain insight and perspective, not to re-traumatize. You are supported throughout in a safe, respectful environment.

How many sessions will I need?
Many clients experience significant change after just one series (4 sessions). Additional sessions may be suggested for layered or complex issues.

What is the personalized recording for?
After your session, you’ll receive a customized audio recording that reinforces the new beliefs created during your session. Listening daily for at least 21 days helps rewire the brain and solidify the change.

What kinds of issues can RTT help with?
RTT can be effective for anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, habits and addictions, emotional eating, insomnia, chronic stress, self-sabotage, and more. It addresses both emotional and behavioural patterns.

Is RTT safe?
Yes. RTT is a safe, ethical, and evidence-based approach grounded in therapeutic principles. It is practiced by certified professionals trained to guide you through the process respectfully and effectively.
